Tom leads research programs focused on mobile, cloud, APIs, virtualization, and data engineering in telecom and AI projects. He collaborates with both industry and academic partners on initiatives related to advanced 5G and upcoming 6G features. At Citymesh, he has contributed to the development of wireless networks in urban areas, large events, and B2B services for different industries.

Norbert is a Senior Solution Advisor and has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, having previously held senior solution architect and engineering roles at organizations such as Ericsson and Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia) in Germany and the UK. He has a strong background in OSS/BSS (Operational Support Systems/Business Support Systems) and the automation of complex business and network processes.
